Q. How far in advance do we need to reserve a date?
A. Entertainment for the most part is first come, first serve. Book early whenever possible. This saves you money, time and stress. Many Saturdays are booked 6-12 months in advance, and sell out quickly. Keep in mind that entertainers often command higher rates around peak seasons and on holidays. Reserve your day with the deposit and contract signature.
Q. What time will SILVA Entertainment set-up?
A. We guarantee that we will be set up, appropriately attired and ready to perform 30 minutes prior to the start time. In order to meet these expectations we will back time our arrival, load in and sound check needs. We will work closely with you in advance to make sure there are no problems or surprises with regard to staging and electrical needs.
Q. What if you don’t have a special song we would like played?
A. We have been collecting music for over two decades. In the event that we do not have a certain selection, we will work very hard to accommodate your special requests. If possible, we’ll provide it for you. Or research the best way to obtain the selection. Additionally, we do welcome and allow clients to bring their own selections. Obviously, with enough time to prepare, almost anything is possible.
Q. Can you provide lighting or special effects?
A. Yes! You can custom-tailor your entertainment package to include exciting accent lighting, party props, or other available effects. See our Production area.
Q. Can you provide music for cocktail hour also?
A. Absolutely! We offer separate sound systems designed just for that purpose.
Q. What if I have additional questions?
A. Call or email us anytime! We are a full-time entertainment company. Our staff of experienced party professionals will respond to your needs within 24 hours.
